Easy start

Since you are new in Previo we need to start with some basic settings which are a must if you plan to start using your brand new Previo profile properly.

  • Fill in contact and billing information (Settings / Hotel / Basic + Contacts)
  • Create rooms (Settings / Hotel / Rooms)
  • Select the accepted currencies (Prices / Currencies and Exchange rates )
  • Set accommodation tax (Prices / Visitor tax)
  • Set accommodation rates (Prices / Prices)
  • Set allowed payment options (Settings / Online reservations / Payments)
  • Set meal price (if offered) (Prices / Meals)
  • Set terms and conditions (Settings / Online reservation / Terms and conditions)
  • EXTRA - go through other subsections (Settings / Hotel / ...)
